About Uncle Henry’s

With its origins in 1937 and the recipe created by Joseph Trahan, Uncle Henry’s Tamales has grown into a Beaumont institution, led today by Hal Guillory. From our signature tamales to our seasoned links and famous cracklins, we’ve been feeding Southeast Texas with pride for over 85 years.

We use TexJoy seasoning in our ground chuck tamales and remain a drive-thru only operation, so you can always grab your favorite comfort food on the go. In 2022, we were honored to be named a Texas Treasure Business by the Texas Historical Commission.
